Two weeks, not two quarters
What actually happens in the fourteen days between signing and the first live run.
Enterprise software is sold in quarters because it is implemented in quarters. Ours is not, and the reason is unglamorous: we do not ask you to change anything.
Week one
We connect to a sandbox copy of your tenant with a read-only service account and run against a period you have already closed. You compare our ledger to what your team actually did. This is the week where we are wrong in front of you.
Week two
The run goes live in parallel. It proposes; your team disposes. At the end of the week you decide which steps it may execute directly and which stay proposal-only. Most customers start with two.
After
A new run every quarter, chosen by whichever workflow is costing you the most hands.
